Willard batteries bad customer care and *************.

I took my willard batteries to willard Gazina yesterday, for replacement as they still under warranty. They told me that one battery was was already changed and they don't change twice. And told me to come with the original slips, we agreed that they going to charge them and I bring the slips today, upon arrival today they telling me to the batteries are died and the warranties are not valid because the terminals got damaged, when I left my Bettis there, we checked the terminals.only one terminals had screeches but today all my terminals got big holes, and they telling me i brought them like that, they don't want to replay my batteries, someone from the shop damaged them for warranty to void, can willard assist, my batteries does not even have a year, I am not sure if they even selling us new batteries or recon.
