Willard bad batteries

I was made to believe that Willard batteries are the best and I did experience it. I used Willard battery on my vehicle from 2012 and changed every 3 years, My Willard battery is giving me issues now and I cannot get help because at Scotty's Midas were I bought it they want my receipt and I do not have. At Willard Zastron street BFN they just tell me my battery is dead but I can start my car after that, wow with the confusion I have decide to no longer use Willard batteries as there is no aftercare. Maybe my race was the problem? It is a pity because I had thought Willard its the best South African battery
