Weak Willard batteries

I bought a 628 battery from Willard in Voortrekker road Maitland in April or May 2017. Since March this year ive been having trouble with the battery going flat after a few minutes of listening to the radio. I took the car to Willard in Mitchells Plain industrial area to check. And they gave me a small receipt stating the battery is 100%. But the problem still persist. I contacted Willard and the general customer service manager told me that they cant assist me as i dont have the receipt anymore. Ive always been a firm believer in Willard car batteries. But now after experiencing this from there customer service general manager. PLEASE I EMPLORE ALL PEOPLE DO NOT BUY WILLARD BATTERIES AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PUTRIT TO SAY THE LEAST. He shouldve at least checked the merrit of my case. Its a pity i cant add the emails to this review as proof of the non existent customer service from Willard batteries. Hello Peterer please make provision for adding additional proof of poor non existent service.
