WEAK RESPONSE NOT TO REPLACE A CLAIM

Beginning of this year i bought a willard battery at Midas Alberton ,***,about two weeks back the battery starts to swell. At the time i bought the battery i didn't have an old battery for them ,so about a week after that i took a old battery to them and they give me a refund for it,but they kept my invoice.Last week i took this battery to them for a claim ,and after 5 days a guy with the name Eddie called me and told me they called Willard, and the rep claims my alternator overcharged the battery, and even if it wasn't my alternator they cannot exchanged the battery for me because the battery poles is slightly damaged. From my experience with battery- overcharged causes a battery to leak the water, and with the terminals of my car (neon chrysler) its a tight fit cause the terminals to rub on the poles. To me this just an weak response from Midas-Willard not to replace the battery

All thanks to willard coming back to me,I must take my car on my expense to AN ACCREDITED auto electrician to have my battery and vehicle electrical system check.I called Alberton Auto Electrical ,they charged R650.00 per hour.I might than as well buy a new battery.I currently drove around with a friends battery which is a SABBAT battery, with no complaints or issues of a faulty alternator or electrical fault.Who is Willard fooling? I am still waiting on Miss Karobo Mautla from Willard to inform me where to take my car and on whose expense
