UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WITH WILLARD BATTERY!!!

I have bought a Willard battery on the 28th of February 2023 with a warranty of 25months and the battery started to give me problems now in July 2023. On the 24th of July I went to Willard battery at Elston street in Benoni where I've bought it as my car wouldn't start with an intention to get an exchange but the sales man told me that there won't be any exchange and they will only recharge it and borrow me a battery. They took the battery for recharge and was told to come back on the 27th after 3 days of which I did and they gave me my battery and I left the shop. The following day when I was about to start my car it did not start still on the dash board it showed me a flat battery so I don't understand why they don't want to give me a replacement it's not even a sixth month since I've bought the battery but it seems they refuse to exchange it. Really I am so disappointed with Willard battery as since I've bought this car in 2011 I always buy Willard batteries which lasts me for 5 years as for now I don't believe if they can treat me like this. I will appreciate if I can get a replacement as surely this battery has a problem because when I've used the loan battery my car was starting and when I insert back my purchased battery the car won't start.
