Shocking service from Willard Agent - Durban

Willard Batteries need to be made aware of how their agents treat their customers !!

SECOND TIME AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY ... ATLAS BATTERY CENTRE DURBAN

The first time i was given three different prices for a battery, as well as three different prices to deliver and fit the battery.

Secondly, I paid and purchased a Willard 659 battery. Unbeknownst to me they came and fitted a 651 battery. The battery gave endless issues and stopped working - while still under warranty. Atlas refused to come and fetch the defective battery and I had to make arrangements to deliver same to them. When delivering the battery they refused to give me a new one (warranty) and gave me a loan battery. To this day they are still sitting with the faulty battery. When I phone to find out what is happening I am shoved from pillar to post. They refuse to replace my battery, and they refuse to give me the battery that I paid for. I paid for a 659 but was given a 651 and when I query this with them they are insistent that I pay in the difference - how is this possible when I originally paid for a 659 and did not get what I paid for? They refuse to come and fit the battery, they refuse to come fetch the old battery - it seems that they just refuse to give any customer satisfaction. How can it be legal to sell me an item, I pay for it, and then you fit the incorrect item into my vehicle.

Shocking service, still sitting with a vehicle that cannot run as the loan battery they provided is as dead as can be!
