POOR AND PATHETIC AFTWR SALES SERVUCE FROM WILLARDS BATTERIS
I bought a willards bakkie battery from Q8 Spares at king Williams town. After 1 year it was not charging . I took back they told me they send to east London for claim it was rejected. Then they ask me to take to queens motors to recheck again. Then they refused ther also .
my question is there batteries only last around 1 year and it's not first time happend to me . WHEN EVER I TAKE BACK BATTERY TO CLAIM THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU EXCUSES AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT TAKE BACK . I DONT TRUST THESE BIG BRANDS AND THERE WARRANTY TJING . THEY JUST MAKING MONEY OUT OF US AND THERE IS NO CHECK AND BAKNCE TO THEIR QUALITY. POOR AND PATHETIC AFTWR SAMES SERVICE FROM WILLARDS
