Poor after sales service
10 months ago purchased a deep cycle battery from Battery Orbit in Strubensvalley. Now with the recent load shedding the battery has failed. Tested by Battery Orbit. They tell me there is no Willard Battery representative for the area so I must just wait. How long as I need the battery and there is more than half the warranty remaining. Whilst on the warranty Battery Orbit are saying there is a 12 month warranty when Willard actually offer a 25 warranty. Who is lying?
