Pathetic service
Had a willard battery die on me after about 9 months. I have been struggling to get it replaced under the supposed 25month warranty as the battery has a small scratch or two on it. Contacted them via Facebook many times with no luck. The people selling the batteries had the rep here that said battery has damage on it. So a 2012 Kia Sorento Factory battery bracket or holder is not up to standard for willard. Anything not to replace a battery I suppose..
