Pathetic customer care

I phoned to get a price on deliver and fit of a battery and they said they will phone back. When they eventually did phone the line was bad and we could hear each other I said phone me back and put down the phone. they never phoned back, I phoned them after a long period and they just told me because I put the phone down it's my problem.

Pathetic, you know I just went to some one else because if you treat potential customers like that how do you treat existing customers?
