Greatful Willard Customer

I bought a Willard 628 battery in Maitland about 2 years ago. And the battery had a 25 month warranty on it. In the 24th month the battery started giving me problems. I contacted Willard head office and was told they couldnt help me because i dont have the receipt anymore. But when i purchased the battery i enquired from the dealer what if i lost my receipt. He rep**** no problem as we will know. Without me seeing they engraved the battery with their name and purchase date. I wrote a review on this website and the western cape regional manager responded. He then had my battery checked and i was given a temporary replacement. They then discovered that the battery water was black and that it had to be replaced. They then replaced it with a new battery. Sometimes it just takes an individual representing an organisation to just take a few minutes and to hear what the customer is saying. Im so proud of Willard batteries western cape that i can recommend them to any person. As their after sales service is impeccable.
