Faulty batteries & non existant service

<p>9 April 2014 I've purchased 6 x Multi Car 6 Volt batteries from HiQ Riviersonderend, with the sum total of R9298.90. ( still have the receipt)</p> <p> </p> <p>The batteriea are being used in a golf cart that's being rented out for people that visit the golf co**** on weekends. From the very beginning the batteries ONLY lasted 18 holeson the coarsw which by just saying out loud doesn't sound right. Almost 1 year later the batteries didn't even last 9 holes which then were unacceptable! By now I can't rent out the car anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've send the batteriea back to Hi-Q, they send it to Willard directly. The batteriea came back with the message . "There's nothing wrong with the batteries...</p> <p>Surprise- the batteries were still at fault!</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet again I've send the batteries away. This was now October 2015. The batteries came back with the message: 1 x cell is dead and we do not make the batteries anymore....</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable! I have called, I have emailed- NO RESPONSE!!! Still waiting, it's now August 2016! </p> <p> </p> <p>Not only is it a bad product, bad service, starting to get a very bad reputation but it's now also loss of income on my side! </p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to hear feom you soon and not qith the response of 1 year warranty! This was a bad product from day 1!</p>
