Fail to refund me for a battery as promised
On May 15, 2024 at 11:30, I purchased a battery for my Mazda from Willard Batteries in Strijdom Park Tungsten Road. After the installation, my Mazda displayed error messages. Mazda Clearwater informed me that the wrong battery had been installed. When I returned to Willard, they informed me that they did not stock the correct battery for my vehicle. They reinstalled my old battery and promised to refund me. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Willard Batteries has acted *********ly by taking my money and failing to resolve the issue.
