EROLL BESTER SAVED THE DAY!!! @BRAVO...

@2023 June I bought a brand new Battery for my BMW 320d as the old one started giving problems(I exchanged the old one), this transaction happened at @NEW SOUTH AFRICA MOTOR SPARES(620 Louis Botha Avenue Bramely JHB) as an outlet/express of Willard Batteries South Africa. The Sales Agent who sold the Willard Battery to me did not even bother to technically explain to me the difference between Battery 674 & 658, I took the 674 and within 2 months the brand new Battery was dead! I went back to claim a new Battery as its having 24 months warranty, it was a huge fight with management as they did not want to give a new one, until they checked it and receipts were printed "replace battery" health status of the battery - after a long back and forth I was given a brand new Battery STILL 674 & AGAIN NO ONE bothered to emphasise the technical of 674 on BMW 320d, I left & AGAIN came after few months the brand new battery was DEAD! with same reports "replace battery" at this I was very frustrated and ****ed off! as it was not making sense to a layman like me when it comes to Car Batteries acumen and the 2nd return wasn't a fight all went smoothly because of: New South Africa Motor Spares another Sales Agent(the one with Dreadlocks) - he was very patient and friendly with me showed the Willard Batteries book and we checked my BMW category......thats how we found out that my Cra needs 658. After the Rasta guy, a gentlemen called Eroll Bester from Willard entered the fray and explained a lot things that went wrong from the 1st day I was sold that 674 Battery and in full details he explained why 674 was a wrong one for my Car etc which was not done by anyone in that shop, Eroll told me to relax and that he was going to solve the problem - in few minutes after doing some admin he gave me a BRAND NEW 658 and it was one kick & to date i never experienced any problem whatsoever because I was sold something by an exert who knows Battery Stories inside out........ Mr Eroll Bester saved the day and all the **** i was going through! Willard Batteries SA - @Eroll Bester deserves a raise or some incentives.....
