Empty promises and no integrity

What a company full of empty promises and the worst service and qaulity batteries I have seen in years .. never wanting to sort there claims and putting it blunt does not care about the consumer only chasing money ... as a dealer of their batteries it shocks me to the core to know the area manager never cones through and the rep comes once every 6 months. As our claims become more with every passing month they simply still don't come through , eventually he pitches up and then does the claim and they get send in for process as we also give them the COPY tax invoice as proof of purchase(as the customer requires the original for tax purposes) now all of a sudden of years doing the claims this way they require the ORIGINAL tax invoice for claim purposes , what proof would the customer have if we keep both invoices?? No logic what so ever .. If they don't call me today to sort this issue will give them hell
