Battery replacement poor service.

Bought my battery in 2021. The battery is still under warranty and is nolonger working accordingly. Bought the battery in limpopo whereas I'm full time based in JHB. Now that I'm in limpopo I took it back to Midas where they booked it in for tests. It came back with pass results when I got a call to collect it. Immediately when I was in front of the shop in Dzanani Midas the battery couldn't start the car. The older one the shop borrowered me works like a charm. I called the manager to come see who confirmed the issue and was so worried for me but he said he is not authorised to process the replacement if Willard doesn't approve. He told me to go to Willard Louis Trichardt which unfortunately can't happen since I'm returning to JHB with the faulty battery. I'm going to permanently stay away from the brand.
