Battery dies just after warranty
I bought a the Willard battery at WIllard in Moreleta Park with 24 months warranty. Strange and suspicious thing is from Monday, 18 November, the battery started giving me problems and cannot hold power even being jumped and driving for a while. Its suspicious because I took it back to Willard for testing and they confirmed the battery health is very low and the warranty expired on 17th November. Why suddenly after the warranty expires the battery looses health!? Is there some kind of a timer in the battery for it to break as soon as the warranty is gone. This is so unfair and upsetting.

Thank you fort brining this concern to our attention. Willard prides itself on manufacturing quality batteries to meet the highest battery specifications. A question arises as to whether the battery was charged again after the initial first test. If the battery health was low we can assume the battery could have taken a good refresher charge which may have restored the battery to its original condition. May we make a suggestion that you return the battery to the place of purchase and have them communicate with their business representative responsible for calling on them. We can reach a compromise.
