Bad service from Ovk and the Willard sales Rep

I bought a Willard battery at Ovk tweespruit in the freestate less than a month ago and now the battery is giving me problems and the refuse to replace it. I spoke to the sales rep without getting any help. The services is so poor that im now waiting for a tow truck to take my car because they say they are going to charge it over nite and they can not help me, I must wait untill tomorrow.
