Bad service

I bought a battery on 1 September 2021 from Willard in Bloemfontein 3 weeks back the battery has been giving me problems I always have to be jump started yesterday I went back to Willard they tested my car alternator and it was perfect they tested the battery and it needed to be charged the white guy there said they need to charge the battery I said not a problem they can charge it he said they don't have a loan battery I asked so how am I gonna be helped he said it's not he's problem I should leave my car there I asked then how am I gonna get home and to work he said there's nothing he can do...Am very hurt and disappointed in Willard cause the battery is still under warranty I went to buy battery at Willard knowing they are the best but now am struggling everyday with battery that I paid R1795 for my contact number is ******** I still have the invoice as well
