Worst experience from a hotel

I booked accommodation through Agoda at the Wilderness Beach Hotel. I am highly disappointed as the room is not in a good condition. The sliding door doesn't lock, the air-con has leaked onto our luggage, the beds are infested flea/bed bug. We do not feel comfortable nor safe to sleep in a room with a door that does not lock and on the unhygienic bedding. I am booking alternative accommodation through Agoda again. This has been very disappointing after traveling for 7 hours to get here. The website pictures are not to be trusted as it is not in a well kept condition and is misleading to the viewer.
