False advertinsing: Wilderness Beach Hotel

We mad a booking at the hotel for 2 nights (26 December 2025 & 27 December 2025) - directly with hotel reservations. Advert of the hotel on Booking.com looked great and neat with coffee stations in each room, hairdryers, aircons ect. When arriving at the hotel we found the total opposite: aircons not working, no hairdryer in the room, no coffee station, no shower head, damaged room door, electrical socket with loose wires, ect

Went to reception, and found 3 other families in the same situation. Demanding so speak to the owner / manager. Owner refused to speak to us, manager arrived with an attitude claiming the hotel were on standard - not the case at all. We damaged a refund, we were informed that we had to fill in a request form with all our details, which we did. The manager informed us that we will have confirmation within 2 working days ..... well, now more than a week later at still no confirmaion of feedback from the hotel of management.

They charge R2400/night for a room not up to standard. We demand our money back !!!!
