****roaches in rooms

Paid for weekend upfront. Went to the room, doors couldn't open, bathroom filthy, room filthy, ****roaches running on curtain. Internet shows pics of a beautiful hotel but when u get there it's absolutely nothing like the pics. Not even worth 1 star. Wentire back to the reception asked 4 my Money back coz I won't stay in a filthy place. 3 weeks have past n still no refund. Please stay away from this place it's baaad
