False advertising of accomodation

5 Feb we booked in at Wild waters Hibberdene, the owners name is Martie, we collected the keys and was informed that the place was clean and ready for occupation. Having arrived the place was nothing compared to pictures posted on the net, disgustingly dirty and gecko was visible all over even on the bedding, as to say the furniture that was dated to the 70's, Tv included. Dstv is advertised but once booking is paid for u receive an email to bring your own decoder. Dead insects were found all over the place and termites are clearly visible. It was ********** and disgusting. As to say the shower was the worst for wear and the toilet pan stained with feacesus. Having got hold of the owner she sent her husband out there who in turn was so rude and arrogant let's not mention intoxication. We returned to where we collected the keys and was refunded our breakage deposit but the 2 days accomodation was denied. I informed the owner that she is falsly advertising and that it is inappropriate to expect people to live under such conditions. The attitude was, what did u expect for cheap accomodation I done u a favour. With holding the staying fees was immoral and theft. Image are available
