You actually have to give service to give Bad service

I have been using and promoting Wikideals for years already.Why have a email called wicare@wikideals when you don't?. I have been waiting for feedback on a refund dispute since the beginning of the month already,I have resent emails asking for feedback. Nowhere does it state on the purchases no refunds especially when it's the places fault and not mine.I kept up with my side of the deal.I ordered,paid,booked and showed up.WHO DO I HOLD RESPONSIBLE?I don't care.take it up with the vendors you are selling the service for.
