Worst customer service

I called their customer care line on Wednesday 12 January 2022 as I was having trouble adding a deal into my basket. I was told that there is an issue on their site and would need to log back in after an hour. I log back in after an hour and the issue was still not working. I sent an email and till today I have not had a response. I called back on Thursday 13 January 2022 as I was still having the issue and the person said that the deal is over and that there was only one deal left and that is why it was giving me an error.

Due to the fact that I was given the incorrect information the day before I missed out on a deal and still not response to my email.
