Wikideals refund

I bought the microblading voucher at Coco Vogue from the wikideals in November. I then called Coco vogue in tygervalley to make a booking as per wikideals instruction. I was told that I'll have to wait for cancelations. I thought maybe it's because it was close to November and called them in January to find out if I can get a date of mine they then told me I can't have a date I must wait for cancelations still, I then said I would like to have my money back because how did those people get the booking if I can't get mine, after a long argument they told me to go back to wikideals inorder to get my money back. I wrote to wikideals in January the first week and they responded by saying they'll confirm if I didn't use the voucher. I'm still waiting, I don't know how long does it take to check whether the voucher was used or not but they said in the email it can take 10 days. I don't know how long must I still wait for it.
