Wikideals poor service

I bought vouchers for two seprerate occasions. The one was for a roller ball exercise and two weeks back I bought a spa voucher. When I called to make an appointment at Dan Ne Le spa in century city, I was told they are no longer contracted to wikideals. The same with the roller ball exercise voucher, when I called they said they no longer except vouchers bought on wikideals. Now, I am struggling to make contact with the wikideals team via telephone and they are not responding to my emails.
