Wikideals is a *******!!!

I purchased a voucher for a dinner at Cassa Bella at Grand West. Made a booking on the same day but had not yet received the voucher. Cancelled the booking and went somewhere else. I then requested for a refund as it was no longer needed and now they tell me the voucher was redeemed. Wikki deals is a con-artist. this is not the first time they have done this to me. I was told to the refund takes 10 days. today is day 12 and now they are giving me the run around saying the vendor is not refunding. I want my money back and I want it now!
