Wikideals dishonering vouchers paid for

I ordered 3 wikideal vouchers for my mom's birthday to eat at a restaurant called La Roca Canal Walk. On arrival at the restaurant I discovered Wikideals only sent me the two vouchers. I assumed all three would be on my app. Standing there embarrassed, we had to find an alternative restaurant which I could afford at the time. We had to change our entire menu to something very cheap and basic. Not something I wanted for my moms birthday. My account were debited for all three deals. I still didn't receive the third one. I want a full refund and I don't want any waiting period
