I proceeded to purchase a massage voucher for my sisters birthday on the 25th October and paid and sent POP for Wikideals. i have been following up daily and no payment was reflecting on their side. never mind not getting responses but anyway i have now provided bank statements and POP what more can i do to prove my transaction. i even went as far as calling my bank and they confirmed everything was successful and no blocks so no reason for Wikideals to not receive my payment. this needs to be investigated and i suggest Wikideals phones their own bank as they have all the necessary information. i want this sorted and my coupon sent ASAP. no managers available have to deal with staff that says its with the finance team. go the extra mile and phone the bank to find out about the payment and why its not reflecting as this is customer service. the most pathetic customer service i have ever dealt with. i want this sorted
