I am very annoyed with their service I purchased a voucher on Saturday for Arabella hair salon , I made a immediate eft and I got a email confirmation saying that I would get my voucher in 30 mins once monies reflect if not we must call and they will liase with the bank , I called several times no answer , today is Monday I called after 10 again still no answer emailed them twice no response , yet the money was debited Saturday at 9:27 am and I still did not get my voucher
