WIKI DEALS BAD SERVICE

I bought a voucher on WIKI deals at 9:40am it says you should get a coupon within an hour its 2 hrs now and nothing. i emailed the customer care and called a million times to get my call regected.

I need the coupon to secure my booking for tomorrow- how can i follow up when non of the customer care platforms are accessible!!!
