We Need To Challenge WikiDeals Limitation of liability

Just a note of caution and an expensive lesson i've learnt. It's obvious that WikiDeals are very passionate in offering customers a good deal. I've benefited alot in the past but this time around AZ Alignment in Mailtland Cape Town was a poor deal. My car was perfectly fine but when I saw the bargain price on Wikideals, I purchased two vouchers for my vehicles as I always ensure my Tyres and alignment is done regularly to lenghten the lifespan. I took my Polo which unfortunately is now pulling to the left. I have another voucher which is not redeemed and have to spend extra money to have the Polo's alignment redone at another company. I took it back but the owner Mr Kahn was angered at my google review and chased me away during Ramadan. He's now resorted to lies and mudslinging. What he doesn't understand is reviews are there to help raise their standards and provide the customer with good value for money. His employee was showing me the price before discount etc which is unacceptable. Service excellence must be top priority regardless of discount etc. My Problem with Wiki Deals is that they cut themselves off from responsibility once we have paid for our vouchers. Their terms and conditions must be challenged by the Consumer Council, The Competition Tribunal and other relevant watchdog institutions to protect us as customers. I didn't know that AZ Alignment even existed until I saw the wikideals website. Surely, Wiki Deals must take some liability, after all they are referring us to these businesses and we as the client in GOOD FAITH trust Wikideals and buy the voucher.
