Unsatisfied customer

Bought 2 spa vouchers which has expired as I could not get hold of the spa to book. Wikideals response first time was excellent, and they tried to accommodate me extending the vouchers. The spa on the other hand was a disaster to confirm a booking, as they do not respond to any emails or answer the phone. On 14 June 2023 Wikideals confirmed they will refund me, still waiting. Followed up regularly with emails, no response!
