Unreachable company

Wikideals is unreachable its been a month of me emailing calling and even sending them inbox on Facebook yet no response. Pathetic service. I bought two vouchers at Dan le Nas spar in century city. What a bad experience using my first voucher. Its a foreign owned ci. Company they fetch you at your car take you down to a ba*****t parking where you go into a small room not even aircon. So unprofessional. They were inexperienced. I want to exchange my second voucher i dont feel comfortable going back to this place. Wikideals its ether a **** place or just very unprofessional. Cant reach them at all.
