Terrible Returns Policy

These people allow you to purchase a voucher that the supplier no longer supplies then has the audacity to make you wait 10-15 days to return your money because they need to confirm that i have not redeemed the voucher. I tried to redeem my voucher with a simple phone call and was advised by the supplier that i am unable to redeem the voucher as they do not offer this service. Wikideals however needs 10-15 days to do what took me a simple phone call to do. This is ridiculous service. I will no longer do business with these people.
