Seelan Bistro the filthiest restaurant at the V+A Waterfront

I purchased a Spa treatment with a 2 course meal at Seelan Bistro at the V+A Waterfront. The Spa treatment was at Cape Royale Hotel and it was wonderful (as always) however the meal left a bitter taste in mine and my partner's mouth. The place is dirty first of all (the chairs are dirty, we saw a ****roach while we were eating) the waiters and waitresses look very untidy themselves and because the kitchen is just behind the glass counter as you come in one can see exactly what goes on in that kitchen. I saw waiters eating while preparing our food......this shocked me so much I confronted him and he denied it. I will never purchase any more deals with you until you remove this establishment from your deals.
