Ride from hell (Silvermist)

<p>I had the worst experience ever. I guess when it's too good to be true trust that it is. I got a special deal from wikideals for horseback riding for what I thought was a good price till I had an experience from hell. If you forget to bring an indemnity form it's a deal breaker you can't ride! My question why would they assume everyone has a printer? Two why don't they have copies in their reception? Then they lie and say I got there late when in actual fact I can prove I got there early because I called them to open the gate for me. A lady who was off duty calls me and she was super unprofessional and rude! Warning don't go there! The day businesses understand the art of service the day they will prosper </p>
