Refund pending asince 25 June till now

I booked a overnight stay at cedar kloof resort and I cancelled it as there had been major damage to the road to citrusdal due to the floods in June. I have been emailing and trying to call wikideals. The phone just ringing all the time. I emailed and they always have a apology about why it's not been attended to. My Refund of R1598 is pending since 25 June and numerous emails back and forth. Horrible made me feel hesitant to use these services again. Was a waste of my money and time.
