Refund not received

On the 31 of January 2025 I wrote an email to wikideals requesting a refund for a coupon purchased on the 28 of January 2025, I had to ask for a refund because from the day I bought the coupon I have been trying to get a hold on the restaurant to makings as per instructions because I need to use it for the 1st of February. Thursday the 30 January I managed to get the restaurant and unfortunately they were fully book. I say this to say that on the 31 of January I called and sent the emails to wikideals explaining this and I requested a refund, they responded and said I should send my bank details and the coupon so that they can apply for the refund and it would take up to 10 days. I have not heard any update from them since then and I have been emailing them all of a sudden no one is tending to my emails no one is responding. I would really not recommend wikideals to anyone because they all about taking money from people and when it's time to give it back in situations like this they disappear.
