Poor customer service

Customer service is always busy or never answer their calls. I’ve requested a refund and it’s been over 10 working days now since they’ve confirmed that it’s been processed and the funds are still not reflecting on my side. At this point it seems like I won’t be receiving a refund as the customer service team won’t answer emails nor is it possible to connect phoning the number.
