Pathetic Service Wikideals - Don't buy from them !!!!

Terrible service !!!! I purchased a deal that I was unable to redeem, the vendor Da Ne La does not answer their phone., they don't respond to SMS nor do they reply to voice mail. I even drove to their premises and they still wouldn't accept a booking. I contacted Wikideals for a refund by telephone, well they don't answer their phone either, they also only answer their mail when they feel like it !!!!! I offered to purchase another deal and pay in (this deal with a vendor that I know), finally I receive a response from Wikideals by email, I pay in the difference. Well 5 days later I still don't have the voucher!!!

Pathetic service - seriously don't use them it is not worth the effort.
