Outlet Closure - NO Refund ???

I bought a Wiki Deal coupon on the 26th of June for the Wellness Spa, Zevenwacht Wine Estate, only to find out that the Spa has been closed down and they have even posted their closure notice on site. But to my disappointment i have forwarded the closure notice and my coupon to the WIKI team for a refund , i haven't received anything and their customer service number doesn't even exist . And i just want my money back.
