No value for money!

I would like to share our experience pertaining to a special package deal which wikideals are currently advertising. I am referring to The Perfect Gift Experience at The V&A Waterfront - a (supposedly) lavish Spa Package for 2 People at the Causarina Wellness Spa at the Commodore Hotel, Cape Town. This has to rate as the most misleading portrayal that we have ever experienced - in terms of the photographic portrayal, product offering and service delivery. The experience was one of failure in terms of facilities, hygiene, staff/the****** communication ability and overall service offering.
