No Service during lock down

Good day,

I ordered a voucher online for a wine tasting before lock down was in place.

I have emailed, called on numerous occasions, there is no answer and nobody gets back to me.

I would think that at the very least an email would have been sent out to all clients stating that their voucher will still be valid/not valid after lock down.

Is there nobody working from home for Wikideals?? it boggles my mind as they could be making a ****ing for selling vouchers for use after lock down, also to keep our local restaurants, hotels and activities going to pay staff during this period in time.
