Irritated and Frustrated

Hi I dont know if i must be sad or upset with Wikideal Cape town. I had a voucher from a spa and in the same week i wanted to go they were closed down. The other spa's did not want to take the appointment, again so sad. I then reached out to the customer service, this was in October and its almost Dec. They very bad in email communications, i get 2 mails for a week. And they still have not resolved my issue. R500 voucher, now they say the voucher was redeemed or the voucher number is incorrect. I have bought from wiki before and never experienced this. Can someone please assist me. its frustrating omw.
