I want my money back

We are first time client and purchased a deal from Wikideals during last week - the end result being that I thought the deal was cancelled as no acknowledgement received. In checking my bank account I notice a credit to my account but no voucher or acknowledgement received. I have tried phoning with no response. I would appreciate some feedback please, even if to say this is one big con.
