I recommend Wikideals - don't be afraid (I am someone who is full of nonsense)

For starters - My 4 stars is missing 1 star, because I was once told and now I believe that there is always room for improvement.

Nevertheless, after much consideration with a little bit of hesitation, I have to say that Wikideals was great in helping me make my wifes birthday very special. I was able to book a dinner and a 1 night stay (including breakfast and a spa treatment). My first dinner booking was a little bit of a disaster and I needed to change my restaurant and my voucher.

With this in mind, I immediately became a little anxious. Long story short: on 31 August, I purchased a dinner voucher, only to find out the restaurant was fully booked for 03 September. On 01 September, I made quite a few calls and managed to get a booking at another restaurant. However, my main challenge then was to either get a refund or credit for my first dinner voucher. I called Wikideals and they said they could exchange my voucher. After all the reviews I read, I was so relieved. On 02 September, I received my new voucher and I was able to treat my wife on her birthday (03 September).

What I do want to add is that, don't let someone else's experience (reviews) rob you from an opportunity of a lifetime. I was also very sceptic after reading many horrific reviews, but I had firsthand experience and it was better than what I thought. Sometimes people misunderstand the deals, so please read the fine print before you purchase.

Only thing Wikideals need to work on is their customer service and I think they should look into extending their customer service operating hours - that'll be awesome!!
