Haven't received my vouchers. Its been 13 days now

I purchased 4 vouchers on the 25th of june 2024. Made payment the same day. Today is the 8th of July, i haven't received my vouchers, send them an email over the weekend, tried to phone them whole day no answer. It's the first time it's happening. Usually i get my voucher between 3-5 days. Very unhappy. If i dont receive my vouchers by Friday. I will go to the small claims court and open an case
