Goodbye to a loyal wiki deals customer!
I explained on email to wicare that I purchased a deal on Sunday to take my family for lunch. The deal only reflected the Monday. I asked for a refund and after follow-up emails I was advised that it will take 10-15 days to established if the coupon was redeemed and after 7 days an admin fee will be charged. I then sent another email and still have not heard from wiki deals. This is ridiculous!

14 Jun 2021, 16:17It's been 7 days since I have submitted my query and it still has not been resolved. I have sent follow-ups and still nothing. Wiki deals have so many deals but it's just a pity that they have zero customer service skills. You have no lost a client along with many other potential clients as I will not recommend you.
